To ensure a good estimate on the number of participants (and ages), please bring the completed form with you to worship and drop it off in Zion’s office OR mail the registration form(s) to:

Or, if during the week, you are in the area, stop in and drop them off in the office.

If you think you will not be able to attend, and plans change; please come and complete a registration form at that time. ALL ARE WELCOME, whether pre-registered or not!
